WebThe RSTS is an e-learning program that offers basic, essential safety awareness training for workers involved in the roadbuilding and heavy construction industries. It is used by companies of all sizes as an onboarding tool for new and experienced workers and is completed by over 2000 workers each year across Alberta and Western Canada. WebBASE is not in any PDP-11 BASIC's that I know of, though RSTS BASIC is the only one I have real experience in. I believe it refers to array basing; RSTS BASIC PLUS used 0 by default. Let me dig. EDIT: I skimmed the code lightly, it's not RSTS; the file open syntax and keywords are different--FILE vs. OPEN--though the semantics are similar. 1
