I have that blue Harbor Freight motorcycle jack. It works fine, will hold a 900 pound bike with ease. It’s a good solid jack. The problem he told me was the cylinders are not as finely polished as a good quality US made jack is and it wears the seals out. Live and learn- cheap tools ain't so cheap sometimes.
