WebDec 29, 2012 · Frontline is an insecticide so yes it can cause vomiting. If your dog is no longer vomiting, has a normal energy level and seems to feel ok, I wouldn't worry about it but remember it next month when you apply Frontline again. If it happens again, I'd find something else.
