They seem to feel about the same. On the original Floyd rose I have the shims now set up to make it a 16" radius, I haven't installed new strings yet so I'll report back on how that goes.

For the 12'' at the nut, you'll most likely be fine with any off-the-shelf nut. The difference between 10'' and 12'' is minimal, and Floyd's tolerances suck.
