The network accepts referrals and uses their knowledge of local service providers to signpost families with specific needs to an appropriate service. WebThe core objective of the Family Support Hub is to enhance awareness, communication, and connectedness the coordination of family support services in local areas with an emphasis on prevention and early intervention. There are many hubs within the local area, Dungiven, Strabane, Creggan, Shantallow, Waterside and Omagh/Enniskillen.
