WebThe software uses two modes for quantification cycle (Cq) determination: regression and single threshold. Select Settings from the menu bar, and then select Cq Determination Mode to change the determination method. In the Single Threshold mode, click and drag the threshold line to manually position the line. WebThis identifies pixels that are above or below a fixed threshold value, giving a binary image as the output. Global thresholding can be thought of as a point operation because the output is based solely on the value of each pixel, and not its location or its neighbors.
